Family Connection sites are supported by the West Central Health District across more than a dozen counties is west central Georgia. The community based health and wellness organizations seek to strengthen local communities by responding to local concerns ranging from literacy to food, to access to health.  Embrace trained an initial cohort of site coordinators in 2024 with several of these sites anticipated to move into implementation of ABCD using the CommUnity Powered Framework in 2025.
